The 3rd graders practiced their technical writing skills by writing directions for making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It didn't take long as Mrs. Hinkle followed the directions to the letter for them to realize that they needed a few more steps in order to have a tasty PB&J sandwich. After a few rewrites, the 3rd graders were able to enjoy a peanut butter and jelly snack.
