Releasing Students

Students are not to be  released from school to any adult unless the teacher has been directed to do so by the principal's office. Principals will not release a student during the school day except to the student's lawful and identifiable parent/custodian or when the parent/custodian has given the principal written or oral permission for another adult to take the student from school.

Student Progress

Reporting student's progress to parents is important since both teachers and parents are responsible to students for their learning. Report cards are issued to all students in grades K-12 each nine weeks.  Once nine week eligibility is established after the second week of the nine weeks, weekly progress reports are mailed to parents of students with a D or F grade.

Parent-teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences will be held in the fall and spring.  We encourage parents to take advantage of this opportunity to visit with teachers about student progress.  Check the school calendar for the fall and spring conference dates.
