Technology Rich Classroom
Program |
|
| We are very pleased to announce that White City Schools has received a Technology Rich Classroom Grant funded by the Kansas State Department of Education. Students and teachers in Grades 3-6 have received laptop computers (one-to-one ratio), an interactive white board, projector, and camera that will be used to enhance instruction. This is a two-year program designed to assist teachers with integrating the use of technology with their curriculum, with an ultimate goal of increasing student achievement. Each grant school is allowed to choose an area of emphasis in reading, math, and/or science. Our school chose math as the focus of the grant. | |
